Who you are?
Confident working in a fast-paced environment, experience working in a start-up environment is a plus!
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present information clearly
Ability to use own initiative, prioritise and think quickly
Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information
What you’ll be doing?
Managing day-to-day office operations & being the ‘go to’ person in the office for queries
Full administrative to the small but busy team
Arranging team off-site meetings to include the arrangement of venue, meeting rooms, catering etc
Delivery on ad hoc projects
Responsible for onboarding new employees into company systems
Social activities, planning and organising team events
Your Skills & Experience
We always prefer to hire based on what kind of human you are and the energy you bring to the table. But we would love to know if you have any of the below skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong IT skills, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Proven ability to work independently in a high pressure, fast growth environment
